Dr. Harri Laihonen is a research director at Faculty of Management, University of Tampere, Tampere, Finland. Harri’s research interests lie in the fields of knowledge management and performance management. Within these fields, his current research projects investigate how performance information can be more efficiently used to support decision-making and organizational learning through performance dialogue. At moments, Harri is operating mostly in the public sector but the phenomena are general. Service systems and hybrid organizations provide extremely interesting contexts for the research in different sectors.
